Captain Jeb Dominates the Cayman Islands International Fishing Tournament.
Captain Jeb Bridges brings home 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in the Yellow Fin Tuna category for boats 26’ and under. “Raku” also brought in the 2nd heaviest fish overall in the Sister Islands and the heaviest fish of the day on the Saturday. Anglers on board, pictured below with Jeb, were Blake Ezzell and Dave Pronske.
Captain Jeb teamed up with “Raku”, his custom Gausebuilt 26 foot center console, and has provided us with an offshore program like we have never had before. Come join him on his quest to pit the lightest tackle possible against the strongest game fish in the Caribbean. Since Raku arrived on Little Cayman's shore we have had regular catches of Blackfin Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and Mahi-Mahi. Raku has proven to be the versatile and comfortable Little Cayman fishing vessel Jeb planned on. One of the tremendous benefits of visiting an island that is the pinnacle of an underwater mountain right next to the Cayman Trench (the third deepest trench in the world) is thrilling catches take place as close as a quarter mile from shore. When you go deep sea fishing, you spend the day actually fishing, not running out and back to the fishing. Be sure to check it out on your next visit.
